Information on The Application Process for Embargo of Thesis
■ 관련 규정 (Relevant regulations)
- 「대학원학칙 일반대학원 시행세칙」 제59조의2(학위논문의 공표)
(「Detailed Enforcement Regulations of the Constitution of the Graduate School (General)」 Article 59-2)
■ 비공개 승인이 가능한 사유
(The conditions for approval by the relevant graduate school academic committee)
- 특허출원예정, 군사상 비밀, 기타 부득이한 사유
(patent application, military security, and other unavoidable reasons)
■ 신청서 제출 기간 (Application submission period): 2026. 05. 20(수) ~ 05.26(화) 16:00까지
(Application Submission Period: May 20 (Wed), 2026 – May 26 (Tue), 2026, 16:00)
- 신청자는 첨부된 양식을 작성하고 지도교수의 서명을 받아 의과대학 행정팀에 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. (Applicants should fill out the attached form and submit it to the administrative office of his/her department after obtaining the signature of their advisors)

■ 안내사항
- 비공개를 선택한 경우에도 제출 논문의 서지사항(초록,목차 포함)에 대한 검색은 제공됩니다. 신청 가능한 비공개 기간은 3년 이내이고, 만료되는 시점에 추가로 2년을 연장 신청할 수 있습니다. 만료되는 시점 최소 2개월 전 행정팀으로 연락하셔서 절차를 안내받으시기 바랍니다. (Bibliographic details (including abstract and table of contents) of the submitted dissertation will still be available for search even if the embargo is chosen. Embargo period which can be requested for is within three years, and additional two years of extension when it expires. Please contact the administrative office at least two months prior to the expiration date to receive guidance on the procedure.)
- 기재된 논문제목은 반드시 최종으로 확정된 제목이어야 합니다. (The thesis title on the form must be the final one)
대소문자, 띄어쓰기, 마침표 등 논문제목과 정확하게 일치해야 합니다. (It must exactly match the thesis title, including capitalization, spacing, and punctuation.)
- 비공개 신청 시작일: 학위수여일(2026년 8월 25일부터 최대 3년, 2029년 8월 24일까지)
(Start Date of Embargo Period: From the degree conferment date (August 25, 2026) up to a maximum of three years (until August 24, 2029))
