대학원 종합시험 시행안내
목적: 학위청구 논문제출 자격시험으로 외국어시험과 종합시험을 합격한 후 학위청구 논문심사를 신청할수 있음
각 학과별 시험 실시방법(시험유형),과목수,배점 등에 관한 자세한 사항은 학과내규,각 학사관리주관대학 학사지원부 또는 학과사무실을 통해 반드시 확인하여야함. 2013년1학기부터 대체 및 면제 시행은 폐지됨
1. 응시구분
가. 필기시험 : 석사과정은 전공과목 3과목 이상, 박사 및 석ㆍ박사통합과정은 전공과목 4과목 이상을 원칙으로 함.
나. 구술시험 : 전공, 학위논문 등 학과에서 지정한 내용으로 시행함
2. 응시 신청 자격
가. 석사과정 : 18학점 이상 취득하고,평균평점 3.0이상인 자
나. 박사과정 : 27학점 이상 취득하고,평균평점 3.0이상인 자
다. 석ㆍ박사 통합과정 : 45학점이상 취득하고,평균평점 3.0이상
※ 취득학점은 전공 교과목 학점임(연구지도, 선수 및 지도교수지정과목 제외)
※ 외국어시험 합격 여부,휴학여부,수료생에 상관없이 종합시험 응시 가능함.
※ 지도교수지정(선수)과목 미이수자에 대해 종합시험 응시를 제한하는 학과는 반드시 지도교수지정(선수)과목 이수여부를 확인한 후 응시할 것.
3. 응시 신청서 접수
가. 신청기간 : 개강후 3째주 월,화(2일간)
나. 접수장소 : 각 대학 학사지원부(팀)
다. 신청방법 : 학과별 시험 유형(필기/구술시험)에 따라 신청서 표기 제출
※ 응시신청서의 기재사항을 빠짐없이 기재하여 지도교수와 학과주임의 확인을 받아 제출해야함.
※ 각 학과별로 지정하는 시간과 장소에서 실시함( 4월초(1학기) 또는 10월초(2학기))
4. 합격자 발표 : 4월18일(1학기), 10월20일(2학기) 학사관리 주관대학 학사지원부(팀) 게시판
※ 개인포탈/ 학적/수업 – 외국어시험/종합시험 - 기합격내역조회 - 기합격조회 에서 확인가능

Information of Comprehensive Exam
(Thesis Submission Qualification Test)
* Purpose: Comprehensive Exam is the qualification test for dissertation. Students can apply for dissertation examination after passing language exam and comprehensive exam.
* Applicants should check more details on exams of each department including test type, subject, and points alloted in each question prior to the application. Those information can be found at the academic affairs office of each college or department office. Any kind of substitutes for or exemptions from comprehensive exams are abolished as from the spring semester in 2013.
1. Types of Exam
A. Written Test : Three and more subjects for those who are in the Master’s degree program, and four and more subjects for the Doctoral degree program as well as the Integrated Master and Doctoral degree program
B. Oral Test : The test will be conducted in accordance with internal regulations of each department considering major and dissertation
2. Exam Qualification
A. Master’s degree program: Those who acquired 18 or more credits, and received 3.0 or higher GPA
B. Doctoral degree program: Those who acquired 27 or more credits, and received 3.0 or higher GPA
C. Integrated Master and Ph.D. degree program: Those who acquired 45 or more credits, and received 3.0 or higher GPA
※ Only major subjects are counted as necessary credits. (Research Guidance, prerequisite or advisor designated courses are not counted)
※ Regardless of language exam result, students can take the comprehensive exam.
※ Department can limit students from taking comprehensive exam when those students should finish prerequisite or advisor designated courses. Students studying in the department need to check the requirements before applying for the comprehensive exam.
3. Submission of Application Form
A. Period: Monday and Tuesday during the third week of new semester
B. Place: Academic affairs office of each college
C. Students concerned shall submit the application form for comprehensive exam in conformity with test type(written/oral) of each department.
※ Applicants need to fill in all blanks in the form, and should get signature from advisor and the head of the department before submission.
※ The test will be conducted in early April(Spring semester) or early October(Fall Semester). The exact time and place will be designated by each department.
4. Announcement of Successful Applicants
A. Applicants who pass the comprehensive exam will be announced on April 20(Spring Semester) or October 20(Fall Semester). The list will be posted on the bulletin board of the academic affairs office of the relevant college.
